M.A.

M.A.  In this specialization, students focus on the fields of music research, particularly the history of Western music, music theory, and ethnomusicology (the study of non-Western and traditional Western music passed down orally). Special emphasis is placed on topics unique to music in the society and culture of the State of Israel. Additionally, the studies include courses on the integration of computers and advanced technology in the creation and research of music.
